We specialize in the design and creation of vintage-style fedoras that are comfortable to wear. We have a variety of furs to choose from and a large selection of vintage grosgrain ribbon. Each sweatband is hand-cut of supple flexible Goatskin Leather and made in-house by the hatter using materials selected for quality and comfort. Our liners are blocked and hand-sewn by the hatter. We are an authentic hattery- we do not source hat components to assemble.

Each hat ships free to the continental U.S. and comes in its own handmade travel case with a signed certificate of authenticity. You’ll receive the royal treatment throughout the journey of customization. We pride ourselves on using only fine materials and handcrafting each part of the hat. Many hours are dedicated to meticulously crafting each hat with care, ensuring that every detail is perfected to meet our high standards of excellence. We use ONLY vintage woven edge grosgrain and we have a wide variety to select from. We would settle for no less. Each hat is unique, we look forward to creating just the one for you.
